2. I will send you an information pack containing a sample DVD and Booking Form. Simply fill out the Booking Form and return it in the stamped addressed envelope provided, along with a cheque for the £50 Booking Fee.

3. I will be in touch by either phone or e-mail to arrange a consultation where all aspects of the video can be discussed and decided by you. Simple!
